Criterion text
Rack type dishwashers shall have heat recovery systems installed to recover heat from outgoing excess steam.
Verification
The supplier shall, upon request, be able to present any of for example the following:
- A product information sheet that explains that the dishwasher is equipped with a system for recovering heat from outgoing excess steam.
Proposed follow-up
Check that the dishwasher that has been delivered has a system installed for recovering heat from outgoing excess steam. This can be followed up by examining the product information sheet or the equivalent documentation showing that the machine has the desired feature.
