Products CE-marked as toys shall not contain actively added fragrances.

Exception:

Olfactory board games1, gustative games1 and clays.

For olfactory board games1, gustative games1 and clays containing fragrances there shall be clear information in the product catalogue or online store that they contain fragrances.

In olfactory board games and clays containing fragrances, the fragrances shall comply with the International Fragrance Associations (IFRA2) guidelines, or equivalent.
