Criterion text
The supplier shall be able to offer (OEM, Original Equipment Manufacturer) remanufactured/reused toner cartridges during the contract period and describe which models they are compatible with.
Remanufactured/reused original toner cartridges are defined as cleaned, refilled with dry toner and with any damaged or worn out parts replaced.
Verification
The supplier's acceptance in the tender means that the contract terms will be fulfilled at the times specified in the contract. This can be followed up during the term of the contract.

- Follow-up that remanufactured toner cartridges have been offered during the contract period.
- Follow-up on the technical documentation, verifying the requirement, ensuring that the remanufactured toner cartridge functions in the model/models of equipment it was supplied to.
