A spend analysis is a tool that can be used to improve an organisation's strategic purchasing. We have taken the spend analysis further and developed the Environmental Spend Analysis (ESA) method. It integrates environmental effects into a regular spend analysis. This makes it possible to quantitatively indicate the environmental impact of various purchases. This report was originally written in Swedish in 2019.
